Independent Caribbean Film Producers

I know  promised you an update with photos but guess what? It’s 7:53 p.m. and  and we are all STILL here ON LOCATION  at the house.  We have been up since 4 a.m. and working since 6:30 a.m.

Our first shoot at Betty’s Hope went into serious overtime this morning because of rain. We started working at 6:30 a.m. had to pause for rain and in the end we didn’t leave Betty’s Hope until 2:30 p.m.  The day turned out to be blistering hot.

We got to the second location the house at  about 3 p.m. and we are still working. There is a scene being shot as I type this. I want us to wrap real soon so that our hostess can go to bed.  She is being so kind and generous I don’t want to overstay our welcome.

I’m sure when I get home, I’m going to fall into my bed face first!  Brent is nodding off in a corner …I’m on my computer blogging and trying to catch up on other work and the crew is in the kitchen shooting a scene with Aisha washing the vase. As exhausted as Howard looks, I can see he is caught up in the excitement of it all and is happy with what is happening.  I hope we leave by 8:30 p.m.  So far it has been our longest day 14 and a half hours and counting.
