The Antiguan & Barbudan film The Skin written and directed by Howard Allen was selected for the Pan African Film Festival in LA, visit PAFF, is America’s largest and most prestigious Black film festival which was held this year from February 6-17, at the new Rave Cinemas Baldwin Hills 15 at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza. PAFF’s goal is to present and showcase the broad spectrum of Black creative works, particularly those that reinforce positive images and help to destroy negative stereotypes. They believe film and art can lead to better understanding and foster communication between peoples of diverse cultures, races, and lifestyles, while at the same time, serve as a vehicle to initiate dialogue on the important issues of our times. We are proud and honored to be included. Thank you Neema Barnette for your love, support and encouragement. HAMA.
